As display technology evolves rapidly, imaging colorimeters have become the essential tool for display panel quality control. However, the industry has long been dominated by a few international players, whose high equipment costs and closed software ecosystems have kept precision optical measurement out of reach for many companies.
Shanghai Evalray Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is committed to breaking this barrier by providing cost-effective, customizable optical measurement solutions through independently developed imaging colorimeter hardware and an open software platform.
Technical Expertise#
Our core team brings over 10 years of experience in optics and illumination engineering, with deep expertise in:
- Spectral Calibration Algorithms: High-precision tristimulus matching based on CIE 1931 Standard Observer functions through proprietary algorithms, eliminating the need for custom filters
- Colorimetric Algorithm Development: Complete algorithmic pipeline from grayscale values to luminance/chrominance, including flat-field correction, dark-field subtraction, and non-linear calibration
- Industrial Camera Applications: Extensive experience in optical lens, projection system, and luminaire design and implementation
